Payment  

All amounts listed on the website are in Danish kroner (DKK). I accept online payment, and there is no transaction fee. I use a secure payment provider (Stripe), ensuring that you payment information is completely secure. You can also choose to use MobilePay. I you do so, you’ll have to manually pay to the number provided in the order confirmation.

Delivery  
If you order one of my patterns, you’ll be able to download it as soon as checkout is complete. You’ll also receive an order confirmation with a download link.

For my handmade crochet products, I only deliver to private addresses in Denmark (sorry, no Faroe Islands or Greenland). Delivery is handled by DAO at a cost of DKK 45. It typically takes 3-7 business days. I’ll do my best to send it to you as quickly as possible! 

Returns and Right of Withdrawal  
If you’re not happy with your order, no worries! You have 14 days to return it, starting from the day you receive it. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs and choose the carrier. Just let me know at sales@byradoor.dk within 14 days of your purchase if you want to cancel your order. 

Please note: There is no right of withdrawal on crochet patterns.
